Stage 01
Preparation + Brief
In the Preparation + Brief stage, we gather all necessary information about your project, including your vision, needs, and preferences. We conduct initial site visits and consultations to create a detailed brief that will guide the design process, ensuring that every aspect of your space aligns with your goals and lifestyle.
Stage 02
Concept Design
During the Concept Design stage, we transform the initial brief into creative and innovative design concepts. We present mood boards, sketches, and preliminary layouts that reflect your style and aspirations, ensuring a cohesive and visually stunning design direction. This stage focuses on exploring ideas and establishing the overall aesthetic.
Stage 03
Design Development
In the Design Development stage, we refine and expand upon the chosen concept. Detailed plans, elevations, and 3D visualisations are created to illustrate the design's intricacies. We select materials, finishes, and furnishings, ensuring all elements work harmoniously. This stage ensures that the design is fully realized and ready for technical detailing.
Stage 04
Technical Design
The Technical Design stage involves creating comprehensive technical drawings and specifications required for construction. We collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure all aspects of the design are feasible and comply with regulations. This stage is crucial for translating the design into a precise, executable plan, ready for implementation.
Stage 05
Design Coordination
During the Design Coordination stage, we oversee the execution of the project, coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure the design is realized accurately and efficiently. We manage timelines, budgets, and quality control, addressing any issues that arise. Our goal is to deliver a seamless and successful project completion, meeting all your expectations.
